Strange Shell during bootup

When I boot up my home computer, I get 2 notepad pop-up screens that say the same thing. I know this is some sort of virus, but I have found nothing that will find it or remove it! Does anyone know what it is, and how I can get rid of it? The text in the notepad is as follows:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
