Strangeish internet Problems

okay I posted this previously in the wrong place.

-Dial Up internet-
My problem is that after a boot, or a reboot, my internet will start out fast..but after ten or so minutes is will slow down to like 3 minutes for a page to load. it has been suggested to test the line, but I tried that and it was clean, and even replacing it did not help.

I noticed this problem after reboot.

When playing a game it will start out fint hen get soo bad itjust starts booting me..... Please Help

 

Check your pc for spyware/adware/virus etc...... and make sure the computer is clean first! See the sections of this forum that apply to those areas.

 

oh sorry about that... I did not notice the problem after reboot, but just after reformting my pc the internet was doing this, so unless i am wrong, after reformat, i should be completely clean.

-768 megs ddr ram
-Asus Mainboard
-80 gig hard drive
-128(mb?) raidon graphics card...old
-1.6 Athalon
-Creative dialup modem, V.92...call waiting that kinda stuff..relitively new

(sorry if my spelling with this stuff is very bad)

 

oh, and there are two other pc in the house that are running fine on this connection : (

 

I realize that what I posted is all kinda vague, so I am probably going to bring my pc to a repair person, but I quaried my modem and this is the log, do you see anything wrong strait-off??
