stream tax

    CatT I can't follow the rules

    how much does streaming audio tax a connection?

    from experience i know i get DL/UL speeds of between 200M and 400M / hr. i would like to listen to the radio while i'm stuck here doing it, however. but i don't want my down/uploads to suffer in the process.

    is it just a few M, or something significant, say 40 or 50M?

    not quite sure how to measure this, or where to look it up.

    in the meantime, i sit in silence.
