is there a way to cut my streaming as the company I use allows me 60gb,but I seem to be sucking that up very quick.
I use last fm quite a bit, does that take a lot of bits?
Are there any tricks I should know about to stop any uploads or do anything about the massive downloading (I watch a bit of news shows too?)

By installing NetLimiter you will be able to monitor and control your usage by app.

Last fm is constantly sending and recieving data, if your on a limited connection plan, i would recommend you not use it.
