    hulkster HULK SMASH!

So I came home after being gone a week and a brank spanking new Dlink DCS-6620G showed up. After an hour or so, I have most everything working - able to pan/tilt/zoom by directly connecting to the built-in web server, etc. So far, I'm impressed - the image quality is DSLR material, but it ain't shabby, and the 10X optical (!) zoom is impressive.

But rather than have other people directly access the webcam IP (which I can set up by poking holes in my NAT router), I would like to have the images forwarded to my external Linux web server, and then have people just get 'em from there.

It has built-in FTP support and that works well, but simply tosses a JPEG up once/second ... what I'd ideally like is some type of "wget-type" process running on my web server which retrieves the video stream from the webcam, and then in turn provides it to multiple web surfers hitting my external web site.

Hope that makes sense - I've Google'd quite a bit, but haven't found a good answer - anyone done any webcam reflecting like this and want to provide any pointers?

    TIA.
