Stubborn BSOD

For some reason out of the blue, I got a random 0x7e BSOD the other day on my laptop. Usually I reboot and it fixes itself, however, this time it's a persistent problem. I've pulled the HDD out and slaved it off to another computer and the hdd spins up and the data is still on the drive. I've run defrag, chkdsk, malware/spyware/adware scans, and anti-virus checks. I've also pulled each of the memory modules out and tested them one at a time. The system is only set up to dump to a kernal minidump file, but it may be something to go on (I'll post 2 different dumps):

    System:
    Dell Precision M2400
    Windows XP SP3
    4GB RAM

Any help on these would be appreciated!

    Thanks in advance :major

No, the computer will not boot into any mode, I get the same 0x7e error in normal, safe, and last known good. :-(

I'm not sure when it was upgraded...XP came pre-installed on the computer. I may have upgraded it when it came in about 9 months ago. But this BSOD came out of nowhere...to my knowledge nothing new was installed...but we may have gotten a software push from corporate (this is a work laptop). They tend to not let me know about those...the last Panda AV push they did fried my Exchange Server OS!
