Stuck Alt Keys And Minor Glitches

    My alt keys turn on randomly, which I've verified by using on-screen keyboard. I've also noticed minor glitches such as the desktop icons flickering, and lately, auto scrolling back up whenever I scroll down to folders. I wasn't able to save MGTools to C because it said I didn't have administrator access, even though I am the administrator. Malwarebytes crashed right after the scan, and MGTools said it couldn't access the registry even though I gave it access. Attaching the logs that I was able to obtain.

    Please re-run ADWCleaner and remove these items:
    ADW:

    Adware.pokki C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Host App Service
    Adware.pokki C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Host App Service
    Adware.pokki C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Host App Service
    Adware.pokki HKCU\Software\App Host Service

    And then this item in Hitman:
    Malware _____________________________________________________________________

    C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\Your File Is Ready To Download_0022421924.exe

    Reboot and rescan with both ADW and Hitman. ALSO, please do this as well and attach the log.

    their program is no longer free, but you can use the demo version for this cleaning.

    It auto updates, and you click scan. After it's finished, click on the icon that looks like Cell phone strength bars. High-light the report (by date log was produced) and click on the "Open Report" icon. (looks like a folder). That notepad.txt can then be copied/pasted into another .txt doc and saved. Upload that, please.
