Stuck In Airplane Mode

I can't connect to the internet because airplane mode won't turn off.

When I try uninstall avast, it gets stuck and never finishes. Also every time I try to launch malwarebytes it says it's unable to start.

The malware forums said I don't any viruses so I don't know what's going on.

The network icon does not show up in the system tray and when I try to turn off airplane mode in settings it just turns on again.

I did see that none of the "FN" key combinations work, so something must be blocking them. (Brightness can not be adjusted and all that...)

 

Did you read up thru the "20 thoughts" at the bottom of the page for additional ideas/links? I see others had similar issues, too.

You might also check your computer manufacturer's support/help forum for any discussions involving your FN key and Win10 compatibility. Not much I can offer for MBytes other than to uninstall and reinstall it. I normally use Revo to fully uninstall stuff

I was able to install an older version of malwarebytes and run in safe mode but avast just got stuck at the same part while trying to remove in safe mode.

 

When I go to "Network Connections" it says nothing is found and in "Network and Sharing Center" I get the
The dependency service or group failed to start

 

Since you are having a complexity of issues, the last suggestion I will make is to restore to a point, prior to when all this started ... else wait for someone with greater Win 10 expertise to join this thread and provide you the answers, I am unable to give you.
