Stuck With Blue Screen On Restart Of W 8.1 After Update

restarted my HP after update of 8.1 error message oxc000021a

tried using a restore point error message oxc80070005

any suggestions?

 

Try running system restore in safe mode. If that also errors then your choice is between refreshing 8.1 and reverting it to its factory state. Refreshing is the less drastic option as it should leave your files untouched but it does remove all your desktop apps. Have a read HERE. It's when something like this happens you wish you had been imaging your system regularly. However that's for another day.
