Every time I start my computer i get a "reboot for update to finish" message. The reason why this message appears every time is probably because the computer crasched at reboot. Since i for different reasons don't have a clue to what update this message refers to help is needed. How can I find out what lies behind the message and what is the remedy.
    Sincerely kptrollo.

Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. Click on Application in the left panel, then on each of the types double click in the right panel (Information, Warning, Error) if you click on the Microsoft link it may give you more information by sending information about the error over the internet to Microsoft. You may want to try Windows, Office, or Microsoft updates first.

Problem solved. Since my last post I have downloaded a small app called "Belarc Advisor". This app showed me that I had two not properly installed security updates for windows. After having installed them again reboot message is gone.
    Thanks for your help.
    Yours kptrollo.
