Stuid Rose online!

I installed this free online game called "Rose" on my computer, and i'm running into a bunch of problems with it. And not just the program, their website too..
The problem with the game is it crashes immediately as soon as I open it. I know this is a vista problem, because i've read some of the threads in their Technical Support forum. And I've heard a lot of theory's, as to why this happens, I think it has to do with it not being compatible with Directx 10.

When I tried to log into their forums and post my issue, it keeps saying
"Sorry, there was an error in either your username or your password. Please try again."
I am 100%, positive that I've typed in the right information, and I know i've activated my account. I can login the homepage, but it says i'm on as a guest, once I enter the forums.

Any help is appreciated

 

Have you tried running it in XP compatibility mode? May not help, if it is a DirectX 10 problem, but certainly worth trying.

 

Yeah, I tried that and it didn't work.
