Sudden change in video OC

I have been runing an ATI aiw x800xt with a nice oc 520/590 for months, suddenly I get artifact and bizzare behavior with very little oc applied, the artifact is mostly verticle stripes. As far as I know, my system is the same, my gpu and cpu temps are in the same range as before (around 40 under full load) I havent changed drivers or any other hardware or software. I'm pretty much stumped, is it possible that I have damaged my card somehow? or is there some other failure I havent thought of....

 

card is likely damaged. IF you didn't watch it closely, it likely overheated without you realizing it, and that damaged it.

 

Have a look in the device manager and assess the card there. Unistall the current driver and reinstall properly using Drive Cleaner Pro. Here is a link for the best ATi Drivers I've used to date but goto to the later pages in the thread. You could try these, but if all this fails I will have to agree with Tollhouse. Just exploring every other option firstly:
