I've had serious problems with my computer since i upgraded it's DDR-RAM from 256 to 512 with another stick of DDR 256. I had no problems going from 128 to 256 but now it reboots every couple of minutes for no reason whatsoever. I can't think of what it could be.

I'm on a AMD Athlon XP 2400+, 2.03 GHz hoping to go up to 512 DDR instead of 256.

If you know what to do, please help because i'm at my wits end here!

what type of ddr is it? is it pc3200 2700 or 2100? your motherboard may not be compatible with the type that you have bought for it...

    Hi,

Let us know what mobo you have, how many sticks of ram, what ddr each stick of ram is and how many Mb each stick is. We can then go from there.
