Suggest Laptop able to run Second life

I found SL so fascinating that I prefer it 2 RL ;- People seem to be genius plus in their construction work. However.... I have a Advent machine running Vista with a ASUS HD 3840 graphic card which SHOULD run. SL. It does not. Linden allegedly r "working on it"
So I used an old Ei machine with a graphic card my repair man gave me -third hand -for equivilent 8 US$ including VAT! A GE force 4 MK 440 and it runs SL fine. However after a year or so the HD has gone and I decided as I have not the time not inclination to reapir it . Now I want a laptop. Can u or anyone suggest a laptop that WILL run SL. Here in UK so called "Tech Guys" do not seem to know SL. Linden do not comment or don't want to except RTFM.

 

Since I don't play Second Life... mind sharing the system specs for that game? Including drivers and DirectX and stuff...?

 

It uses OpenGL

I would say a decent Nvidia card in a laptop would do.
