Suggested Software For Restoring Corrupt Files?

Hello

Can anyone suggest a program that can restore corrupt files? Originally I did a pc reset on my pc. I thought I had backed up everything. But I forgot to backup some of my stuff that was on the operating system drive. So I tried various data recovery software and it gave back my files but they wouldn't open. Yhe message was they were corrupt. I know there is software that can restore corrupt files. But im not sure which is a recommended one by you guys. Thanks in advance everybody!

Windows 8.1
64 bit operating system
AMD FX six core processor 3.50GHz
RAM 16GB

 

i searched on here in the forums and couldn't find any solution to my problem. i apologize if this was discussed before but if it was can someone provide a link or can a mod help me out???

 

You could try a different data recovery program or get someone to do the data recovery manually (wont be free).
