Suggestions for PDFill alternatives? Similar software?

Hello,

I work in an Accounting firm and I am searching for a software/ website based program that is similar to PDFiller. It has to have certain requirements:
1. Allows client to sign it electronically
2. Extremely easy to use for clients
3. Easy for client to send back
4. Allows me to generate the password
5. Allows the completed tax form to be upload

Basically, PDF filler meets most of these requirements. I have issues with the signature being placed in the right place, especially since not everyone is good with computers and softwares. The second issue is that it will not let me create the password/pin, it generates it for me and that does not really work for us. Please let me know. Thank you
