Suggestions?

I've looked through several sites and haven't found anything...

I'm looking for a smallish freeware program that will check the stats of a RTF file, such as the word count, character count, sentence count, paragraph count, etc. I like the one built into Google Docs but for reasons it's not always the best solution.

Extra points if it can sit in the system tray until needed (like WordWeb, which is freeware dictionary I use)

Edit: Please not a OpenOffice addon, I like to use my own word processor
