Sun java Help install error

Got a netsky viris on my laptop run all the tools and fix this. Know I remove the old java and install new updated one at the end of the installation windows went to blue screen warning and did a memory dump. Rebooted at what time this error came up I don’t remember error 1704 installation for java suspended tried to remove the java to reinstall and got an error 2753. Reg Utils.
