Sun Java

    hello-

    I am running the secunia PSI and it show that Java JRE 1.5x/5.x is in need of an upgrade-
    can anyone give me a url to upgrade this as I cannot seem to remove it.

    Aslo uninstall the older version if you have any references to it in Add/Remove? if so uninstall the older version via their as Java sadly does not rollup its updates, so you can end up with a few of them in Add/Remove,

    Hello-

    XP Home edition my OS.

    SecuniaPSI is saying that Java version is non-upgraded and a security risk.

    I have removed all Java from Add/remove programs,nothing is showing up there.

    If I download from that site you sent me,will there be bits of this other program on the computer ,or will it repair?
