Super adware!

I seem to have aquired an adware prog from somewhere that I can't get rid of.
I'm running WinXP and i have Norton AV 2004 and i have also instaled, updated and run Spybot Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster and Ad-Aware6 but nothing seems to get rid of what ever is making little pop-ups of an ad, usualy for porn, with an ok button. when i right click, my only options are move or close. It says it's a Messenger Service.
When it's not an ad for porn it's a spyware alert. One just poped up so i'll copie it out.

If this is farmiliar to anyone, i'd really like to know how to get rid of them!

What operating system are you using

 

start>run>services.msc
disable the messenger service. It's a useful part of windws for system admins o send messages to users about maintenance and such, but spammers have taken it over on consumer machines. You can disable it, it's not critical.
