Super anti spy ware free edition

Hi, I have Super anti spy ware free edition installed with start up on Windows start up disabled. Most of the time it's O.K. but on the odd occasion it starts up when I turn the P.C. on. I get the oblong box saying that it is starting up and there is just blue screen surrounding it. It will not turn off before the scan starts. It is a real pain as it takes an age to start scanning.
Has anybody got any ideas what I can do ?

Strange. Are you sure that you downloaded SUPERantispyware FREE from here? http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5116

If you downloaded it from Major Geeks did you download from below the arrows (not the author's links or paid version)?

Sounds to me as if you have the wrong kind or the paid version.

I have SUPERantispyware free version and it doesn't start up automatically. The free version has no active protection and updates and scans are manual.

 

Same here. It runs as an on-demand scanner.
