Superantisypare worth buying?

I was recommended to DL superantispyware and I can get a lifetime subscription for $30

is this what I should do?

-I update both weekly(if any updates)
-I got a worm/virus and my computer plain stopped working, took it to best buy, they scanned it and fixed it
it now works, made a restore point.
so how do I prevent this from happening again?

I need some virus ware?
I'm sure there's a thread somewhere to explain not how to remove malware/viruses, but explain how to prevent them. right?

Hi

Superantispyware is really good and the free version is in my arsenal of cleaners, so that is a good deal and this is a great app for real time protection as the free version is only on demand scanning so if you have no other realtime malware scanners on your PC then yes seems a good deal to me, if you wish to pay for an ondemand scanner.

But list what security apps you have on your PC as two of the same type can slow your PC down and give spurious results or errors?

Do you get malware infestated often? if you do then you may need to re-look at your surfing and downloading habbits over adding software cleaners.

Agreed, i don't use it myself but i hear nothing but good things about SuperAntiSpyware (even if it does have the spammiest sounding name ever)
