I'm just off the phone with my daughter. When she runs ScanDisk, and under Diagnostics she attempts a Hard Disk Surface Scan, the scan fails with the message "Action Canceled, IE Unable to Link to the Web Page You Requested."

Her NAV does not find any viruses.

    I sent her to

    http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx

to run an online virus check. She has not yet reported any results.

I've tried searching fragments of the error message in Google but the answers are either too many or none at all. Has anyone any experience with this?

    Thanks,

    Baumgrenze
