Surfing with no IP address

    Hi everyone!

    What program can I use to surf the web with no IP address?

    The reason is because I want to watch baseball games on mlb extra innings, but they always black out my local games! I assume they are going by my location using my IP address.


    What can I do?

    I believe there are programs that effectively block your ip address ....will hae to research and get back to you.....hang in.

    No IP, no browsing the internet. Anonymous surfing is basically surfing via proxy. I know quite a few people who do it.

    Isn't there a away to go into IE/TOOLS/LAN SETTINGS, and enter an IP there?
    Then this will hide you? I just don't know what IP to put in and am not sure what boxes to check.
