survey on website

Ok, im not sure if there are any other posts similar to this one. I'm a novice when it comes to all of the html and programming. I read and learn =) .. so here is my problem..

I have been working on my companys website for a few months now and the current web service that handles our website.. (I dont even know what that is called lol.. ) is no help on my end.. the site goes through a site called securemgr.com... or webcreators... that is where i log in to get to my page and editing.. it is very basic and does not allow me to do a lot of things on there. My main problem is my customer survey page. When i created it originally, they have an option to change the page type. So i changed it to "feedback form" as they have it on their page. This allowed me to create my own survey, it created check boxes and text fields. Thats just great and everything, but the end result of the page looked very sloppy. none of the text boxes lined up so it was all over the page. I decided to do my own html and stick it in there.. i created my own radio buttons, which they do not offer on the page.. it just looked a lot better than their drop down box fields. so i had everything set up looking good, but i got stuck on the part where after the customer actually fills in the survey, where does it go from there???! like i said, i am very new to this and dont know all the "talk" lol. i tried to speak with the customer service for my website to see if they could help, but they are based in another country and i dont even think they know what they are doing. after explaining to them that i want the info from the form sent to either my email, or saved somewhere on the server that i can access them.

their response to me was:
"I checked with my Engineer regarding the "Customer Survey" page on your site. He confirmed that, we cannot post the values of the fields, which you have created in the editor to your email address. Instead, you could create the same fields in the Managers Console."

He basically explains to me to create exactly what i had on there before with their text fields and drop down boxes, which i do not want.. im pretty sure there is a way to do this, but they just do not want to help me, or are not trained to do this. I just need to know how to get the results sent to my email ... i somewhat found a way to do it, but when i tested it out.. it tried to use outlook email to send it... im not wanting this either... my web address that i am having issues on is aracollision.com and then the customer survey page. i would appreciate any help.. thanks =)
btw.. the page is left to how i want it to look.. i have not changed it back to their check boxes and stuff yet..

 

Ok.. so I had to change it back to how it was originally so i could continue to receive feedback from customers. Sloppy... lol.. i tried to talk to the "support center" on this matter and they are no help. This site is so basic.. you click what you want, and it appears. they do not have a selection for radio buttons on the site.. just a "select" button, which gives me the results i currently have on the page. They said it is not possible to add the radio button. if i can create it, i know it can be done. the support center is based in India.. and theres only two people that are there to offer the support. im so angry at this point i want to change who we go through for our website.. i dont know how difficult that would be to find someone else to host the site and keep the domain name. I just want to be able to do all my own html and design the site, but with this one, it pretty much designs it for you lol. its holding me back from what im actually capable of doing.
