Suspect Google Bar

This extra bar came up on my Google home page [see PrtScn attachment] and the txt attachment is the code behind it.
Is this legit cause about the same time it appeared my computer is very slow to start 3-5 minutes as apposed to 1 minute before and when I enter internet
banking [through sandboxie] it freezes when I go to pay bills but nothing else [may be just temp problem with my bank] also got a blue screen round the same time only thing I caught was aswsp.sys.

Yes, it's a legit part of Google.com, but I believe it only shows up in Internet Explorer. I can't recall having seen it show up when I'm using Firefox.

Thanks for the help & link to uninstall the toolbar but as many times as I uninstall it, it keeps coming back, any suggestions??????:confused

 

When I stated [This extra bar came up on my Google home page] I was referring to the BLUE bar which I never had before & as many times as I click no thanks it keeps coming back, what is it? & is it safe to click SURE.
You say [the black band in the first screenshot, this is NOT a google toolbar. Google simply changed the background color from white to black] if it is not from Google why did they change the color?, what is it? is it harmfull & if I get rid of it, how do I view videos, maps, images etc.
The code I attached to the 1st thread is from the blue bar & has a lot of references to somethin called ???.gbar.logger.???

 

Thanks for the help, I can live with both the bars, I was mainly concerned about the blue one being malicious.
