Svcd Vcd .rar Help Me Please!!!!

    Ok i download a .rar file when opened it has a bunch of .rar files inside vcd-kb2a and inside all those .rars is vcd-kb2a.bin .... then there is a bunch of files like R30 and R31 and so on.... what the heck do i do with all these? How do i make a SVCD out of them

    Please Help me
