svchost.exe - Application Error

    The title says it all. I have tried applying the fixes provided by microsoft, renaming stuff to .old and I have tried applying the fix my IT dept. sent to me. Nothing has worked so far. I am going to attach a screen shot of the errors. This appears to effect IE and my task bar, making it take away the "tab" feature and the task bar goes to generic settings. Thanks for any input.

    Personally, I cannot read the information clearly on the zip you attached, so a screenshot would be clearer. Also the event log and details would be helpful additional information you could provide. Details of how to are here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427

    Do you get the same error booting in safe mode, out of interest?
