svchost.exe?

This could be some malware thing but my comp has Kaspersky, Zone Alarm, and Spy Sweeper, and it hasnt picked up anything bad about it. But i have like 5 or 7 of these running at once using up alot of memory, i can hardly play any video games cuz my comp is so low on memory.

none of the malware things i have are giving me any help in taking care of it. but i guess ima start here cuz in the task manager is shows that i have alot of these running at once and im curious if its something that should be running.

It is a legitimate Windows process, but in some rare instances it can be used to hide malware.
