SVCHost is Killin Me (Google'd already, tried several things) HELP

This is what the deal is. I've researched on the svchost deal. It can range from a virus, which its not, I've ran Malwarebytes/Mcafee in safe mode. Nothing. No false 'scvhost'. Its just multiple svchosts eating up my ram. Automatic Updates IS OFF. I've even tried going into the registry and looking for some HP entry i read about on google, something about a printer. I don't even have a HP printer, but it was somehow in there, due to an update. I disabled that. SVCHost still running wild. While in the pic, its not eating up much resources, that's because i got the screenshot shortly after rebooting, and cleaning the registry.

Can someone help point me in the direction to figure out what the deal is? I AM aware there are usually several SVCs open. That's normal. But when they're eating up most of your ram and killing the speed/performance of your computer, that's not normal. Help a guy out!
