Svchost mem usage/sound driver

Soo I have about 6 svchost running. All read normal except one that fluctuates and takes about 20-30k mem usage. I have run spybot and adaware and cleaned out everything. For some reason some of my games wont run and if they do it wont run smooth. However if I get rid of the certain svchost then everything works fine, except I get no sound. It kills my sound and says I have bad sound drivers without it, so obviously I do need it. I went and looked at the tasklist under it, and it is running a lot of stuff. One of the svchost isnt even appearing, but I dont know if that is a problem or not.
I took a screeny, but a lot of the programs that it says are running under it, dont appear in services, so I havenet a clue how to get rid of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated
