SvcHost Problems. (Possible service memory leak?)

    I know what Svchost is, and I have attached a list of services running under this particulate.
    I do not know enough to go much farther on my own, and I am tired of my physical memory filling up after leaving my laptop.
    I am thinking it could be one of the listed services leaking memory in some way, but I am not sure how to find out. Windows 7 64-bit, filling up 8GB of RAM.
    Any advice or tips?
