Does anyone out there know how to get Outlook Express to stop receiving the e-mails that spread this thing? They show up as Microsoft Patches of various types, and I get about 20 in an eight hour period. I was scanning a couple other news groups (which tend to be full of people who think they know, but just don't), and they do not have a solution, or their solutions are to just ignore the e-mails. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

You can setup message rules to remove mails with attachments. But that's all inclusive, so any mail with an attachment would be targeted.

I might suggest that you peruse the mail utilities section here for some programs that do what you want.
