Sword of The New World Problem

Sword of The New World Tech support is the WORST customer service I've EVER encountered. I've submitted 4 support tickets, all of which I got the reply "Your issue has been fixed" and they were closed. T_T

O.K. here's the problem I'm having:

The game has three servers. On my good account (the one I play) I'm able to log onto the two servers that I don't play on, but not the one I do play on. I created a new account, and with this one I'm able to log onto all three servers.

After choosing a server and signing in on the account I'm having problems with, the loading screen comes up, and then after a few seconds I am given the error "ge.exe has stopped working. The application will now close" I click ok and the game closes out.

Each time this happen's, the game stores the error in a txt called "StackDump.txt". I have attached this file to this post.

This problem started happening Tuesday morning. There was a 'server maintenance' tuesday evening. After this maintenance I was able to login to the game once and play normally. However after exiting the game, the next time I tried to login the problem was back. They had another Maintenance last night (Thursday evening). After the maintenance, again I was able to log in once. After exiting the game and logging back in, the error was back.

I'm guessing the timed out isn't good. However I'm able to login and play fine with a different account, so I'm not sure if it's relevant or not. Also on the account I can't log into the one server on, I'm able to log onto the other two.

I have also attached my DxDiag report.

Please, if you can help me it would be very much appreciated. I have micro-transaction based items that i've purchased with real money on this account and many of them are time-limited and are going to waste.

If you need any more info please do not hesitate to ask, I'm fairly skilled at using computers and should be able to get you the information you need.
