SYGATE & Backtrace

I now use SYGATE based on the recommendations of you out there on this forum, & whose experience is emense... of those who use SYGATE Firewall, below is what Backtrace of a blocked access represents. What, exactly is this trying to tell me? Notice that the last line provides for someones name who orginated the msg. I get several of these, consistantly.
