Sygate Firewall Blocking Email

    I installed the free version of Sygate Firewall yesterday (before that I only used the windows firewall) Now I am unable to sign into either my hotmail account or my ebay account (Yahoo email isn't blocked though.) I can log in to both these if I turn the firewall off. Anyway, I was wondering if there were a way unblock hotmail and ebay, or if i should just try another firewall.

    I switched to the Kerio firewall and it works fine with hotmail and ebay.

    I note that you have fixed your problem with logging into secure pages ie. Hotmail, ebay etc by installing a different firewall.. and a good one it is too.
