Sygate Firewall Message, Cause For Concern?

Any ideas? I'm not experiencing any issues on my computer whatsoever at the time of receiving this...

 

You have no memory of denying something permission to run?

 

Yes, I denied Explorer permission to run.... I got a notice that it had changed since I last used it and Sygate asked me if I wanted to grant it permission to access the internet, I knew it was non-essential and said NO....

Now each time that window pops up, it's supposed to give you an option to check off a box so that the program "remembers your answer"... But it doesn't appear on these notifications so I think each time Windows Explorer makes contact with the internet, it prompts me... Even though I told it from day 1, not to enable access to the internet...
