Sygate Personal Firewall Help Needed

Okay this is a problem on my sister's laptop and not my computer, but we both use the newest version of Sygate Personal Firewall

When you block processes from accessing the internet (and checking the remember my answer box), you get a prompt in the bottom right hand corner of the taskbar (where the Sygate Icon is if it's not hidden) that notifies you that a process was blocked from accessing the internet... It gives you a little checkbox to mark off for "Dont show this in the future"...

Problem is on her computer, 2 processes continue to appear in those small dialogue boxes in the bottom right, even after she checks off the "don't display this again"....

The processes are:

Application:Generic Host Process For Win32 Services with Path: Windows/System32/svchost.exe

Application: IP Session Statistics with Path: /EarthLinkTotalAcess/IPClient.exe

I know neither processes are bad. It's just an annoyance for her to see that Sygate dialoge box popping up pretty frequently... None of the other processes that are blocked continue to display this....

I only reinstall programs as a last resort and figured I'd try here first....

Oh I may have solved the problem but will have to test it out on her computer....


In Options there is an option to Hide Notification Messages... that may do the trick...
