Symantec Endpoint protection SBE v12 Problem!

    Hi i am currently using Windows 7 and have just installed Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition and cant access the "Proactive Threat Protection" settings as it is greyed out.

    So i downloaded the symantec support tool wich reported one error "105 C:\Windows\System32\KGyGaAvL.sys".

    The software version of SEP SBE is v1201.122.192

    any help would be much apreichated, thanks

    Have you been in touch with Symantec direct to ask them what this is, it maybe an installation error, and you may have to reinstall, or even re-configure !
