First rule: Always at a minimum provide your OS. (more system info would be better)

Please follow all the steps in this Sticky thread < READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal > If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs. (As noted in the above link, if you have WinMe or WinXP, make sure you disable system restore.)

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.

Question: Do you have updated defnitions for your Symantec programs? Did you run a full scan after booting in safe mode? From Symantec:

    2. Scanning for and deleting the infected files
    1. Start Norton AntiVirus and make sure that it is configured to scan all the files. For more information, read the document, "How to configure Norton AntiVirus to scan all files."
    2. Run a full system scan.
    3. If any files are detected as infected with Dialer.Target, click Delete.
