I'm running XP & Firefox. When I try to run Symantec Security Check, I can get to the page that shows the two buttons for running the security scan & the virus scan. This page appears in a popup window, which Firefox blocks also allows you to see if you choose. When I click on the button for either scan, however, I get a page containing the following message:

    Sorry!

The page you requested is not accessible. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

    * The address was typed incorrectly.
    * You followed an outdated link.
    * The page no longer exists.
    * The page has been moved.

I don't have this problem when I run the scans on my old Windows 98 machine that uses IE. When I run it there, I see a message saying the scans require ActiveX controls, which you then have to allow to be downloaded. But on the XP/Firefox machine, we never get to this point.

So what do I need to do to get this machine to run these scans?

    Pat
