symantex winfax pro v.10

i need help to remove 3 program files - Winfax program PSAPI.DLL and WFXSWTCH - access denied. Also Symantec ALUNOTIFY.exe. access denied

system restore of no help (unable to locate the installation log file C:/progra..1\winfax\wfxunist.isu.)

not that experienced in deleting files so need help. thanks

 

thanks for info. that ALUNOTIFY.exe is part of anti virus program - you can tell I am not experienced with files and folders.
I have tried to remove the winfax program files via add/change and get a message "unable to locate the installation log file C:\progra.1\winfax\wfxunist.isu. I have removed everything but the 2 files previously mentioned. any other suggestions? thanks for your help.

 

I tried to download Norton Removal Tool - no mention of Symantec Winfax Pro on the list of programs that could be deleted but I proceeded and a page came up - Manual Application Removal - the following program (Symantec WinFaxPro)was found on this computer. Must be removed through Add/Remove Programs before Norton Removal Tool can proceed.

any other suggestions?

thanks everyone for your input. I finally got rid of everything by using "how to manually uninstall Winfax PRO."
