Sync All Data Across Multiple Laptop Utility

Anyone have a great option for a utility that will sync all data, or even better chosen folders across multiple laptops when a "Sync" is run?

I have a need to sync about 10 folders on a regular basis with 4 laptops not a network, just home wifi. 2 WIN10, 2 WIN11

Thanks for any and all suggestions...(well, if they suck not so much)

You have a network setup (wifi counts as one, BTW) and the access to all the folders, or are you starting from scratch?
You syncing all the others to one copy of the files or trying to make it more collaborative?
You have at least one user account across all computers, or know the name and passwords of all the users?
You shared that folder as said user from each PC? Depends is one machine the going to be the master that everyone else copies /"syncs" from, then just share from one PC.
You know the host name of each PC?
