I am a real estate broker and want to set up my two assistants so they can access and modify my database as needed. I can set up their computers with my programs so that we all have the same data, etc. What I need is a way to sync the data on our respective computers so that we can stay abreast of what the other two are doing. My program comes with an Accusync application that we can use to accomplish this by using a separate medium like a CD, etc. This seems awkward and slow. We are not networked and don't plan to be at this time. My computer is a laptop which I take home each night; one assistant has a laptop that remains at the office; the other assistant has a desktop at home where she will use there. Would a program like PCAnywhere enable me to do the syncing? Any other suggestions?

Ron, the real experts will be along soon enough, :D but maybe it's time to bite the bullet and set up a network.:p Do a google search on laplink. Also google on transfer data or transfer info and see what you get. Might help while you are waiting for further advice. :) Bazza
