Syncing Files

Every Saturday morning I make full backups at my data mass. A process that takes about five hours (approximately 170 gig in total). There are certain files, mostly financial documents I would like to keep a current backup at all times. I use a network drive I have got linked to a computer that I rarely use through Wi-Fi. Is there a way I can keep these files permanently backed up every time I make a change?

A good list of options. Most need a scheduled task, which is good if it runs. The issue I have with real time mirrors is if you mess up and delete something. I mean there are ways to get it back, still.
