Syncing iTunes and iPhone 3G...

I have just recently noticed on my podcast in iTunes, the artwork is all there for the appropriate files/podcast on the computer and while navigating throughout iTunes, but when I sync them to my iPhone the artwork for one of my podcast goes missing which in turn makes the artwork for that main podcast directory/folder to be gone...it's just the big gray square with the tranparent musical note in it. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but first off...for the money this stuff cost, I would like for it to work right, and for two...when I'm driving it is much easier to navigate to the podcast folder I want and then go in to choose the specific one I want to play.

So I was just just curious if anyone knows of such an issue and what the fix might be??

I just got my iPhone and I've never had an iPod or such before, so I admit I'm just now trying to figure out iTunes and the syncing bit and all that good stuff, so bear with me please. :cool

And by the way...this is all happening on the latest iTunes ver.8 and iPhone 2.1 update.
