is there a program where i cn take the like voice out of a song and make a file or mix it with another like a dj type thing but for free

 

The overwhelming majority of this type of software - for removal of vocals - are either shareware or demos. Here are the only FREE (freeware) programs that I know of which "claim" they can do this vocalization removal:

Additional Notes: Unfortunately, there is often no way (currently, anyway) to entirely remove all of the voice from a composite recording. There are programs which attempt this, but 100% success is impossible. There are also a few plugins for some programs that do a poor to adequate job of removing voice from a given recording.

And they generally have to be used in combination with an equalizer to remove the frequencies of the sounds. Even that's not 100% because it gives a poor quality sound; since the frequencies of music and voice often overlap. Sometimes a vocal can be removed almost completely, but just as often the results are disappointing. In most cases you'll be able to reduce the vocal level, but some audible remnant of the original performance will probably remain.
