SynthCore11.EXE program???

Every once in a while when I want to open a program needing sound, I get the following message as with this one:

Unable to find or execute SynthCore11.EXE program

Look, it's no major train smash as most of my "sound" programs such as YouTube and others work, but I am curious to find out exactly what this SynthCore11.EXE is all about.
