Hey Guys, Eric wanted me to tell you that he's got you on the "guest list" so you can get in for free. Just wanted to let you know.

I'm trying to talk a couple of my friends into taking me out there, and it looks pretty good that someone will take me. Not sure who yet though. Either my sister in law or one of my friends. A little tough because it's a Sunday night and they have to work the next day, but I gave them my best smile, so here's hoping! Trying to decide whether I want to drag Kolya out there with me or not.

Can't wait. Kodo, I wish you could make it, but I understand.

Hi guys, I found a computer, you can't keep me off this board!

We're in Connecticut today, spent about 3 hours in New York traffic yesterday. But we made up for it with a dinner at Cracker Barrel. MMmmm, Lemon Pepper Trout, MMMM! Also saw two Osprey hunting over the water off the highway, which was very cool.

I'm going to put you guys on the guest list under "Syracuse group". Cindy, I'll put you and your 2 buddies under "Cindy Clayton".

Should be fun, I look forward to meeting everyone. Plus, after playing so many shows, we should be pretty tight, so hopefully you all will get a good show. But I'm mainly stoked about seeing ya'll..

Wish I could make this one. Not only do you guys put on a GREAT show, but it would be great to meet some more of the Geeks. Ah well, take lots of pictures for us.

So, once again, who's coming? I get it that Iceman and Darkheart are coming. CP, are you bringing Wenchie? MA? Anyone else? I'm not sure whether I want to bring Kolya or not. I go back and forth on it. It might be nice to have some grown up time. I've not been without kids since I've been here.

I'm really excited. Can't wait for it. I'm starting to wonder if I should have made this a shorter trip. This weekend was really fun, but now everyone is back at work and I'm here at the house with my Dad all day. Hasn't been bad, and the kids have had fun playing in the yard and with new toys (thanks to my friend, Mike), but I'm afraid this might be a long week. Mom has Thursday and Friday off and that helps. I'm sure we'll do some shopping and she wants to take the kids to the "Please Touch" museum. Saturday, we're hoping to go to the zoo with Mike and his son if the weather permits. I keep finding myself really looking forward to Sunday the most though! In the meantime, I've been working on my scrapbooking and card making. Mom and Dad got a DSL line (FINALLY!!) and I'm really happy about that. Haven't had tons of time to be on the 'puter, but when I am, it doesn't take forever to do something.

 

I miss you Baby. I hope you are having a relaxing time at least.

We're in Amherst Massachusetts. We leave in an hour to go set up, and we have the day off tomorrow. Leave Friday morning for Connecticut again, I think. I'll call you sometime tomorrow.

Iceman, Darkheart, can't wait to see you guys there. Just tell em you're with the Syracuse group, and you'll get in for free.

my computer is down and will continue to be, im at a library. I think CP has company this weekend, and I have no way to get myself there. So... I guess not.

It sucks too, i could really use a distraction, I'm pretty close to having a nervous breakdown right now, and getting away from it all would be just the ticket.

Sorry to whine, don't ask, who knows when I'll be able to answer. Anyone who has my home address, use it, I could use some fan mail. Love ya, guys.

 

After all the excitement, I have to admit that it's not looking good for me at this point. I haven't been able to find anyone to go with me, and I don't feel comfortable making the trip by myself. it's a little too long in unfamiliar area and a late return trip as well. I still haven't gotten an answer from my friend Kevin, but he's my last hope. No one else can do it. It's a tough night since people have to work the next morning.

At least I've been able to get out a bit, and have more plans to get out this weekend. I went to Borders tonight and then my Sister in law picked me up to hang out with her. Tomorrow night, I'm going over my friend Mike's for a movie and then Sunday going to the zoo with him and his son and my kids and my niece.

So, how was it? I sure do miss Eric, but I'll be seeing him in just a couple of days back home in Chicago!

Had a good night hanging out with my friend Kevin. Great guy. Has been like a brother to me for as long as I can remember. He was one of my brother's 2 best friends all growing up. After my brother moved away, the two of them "adopted" me and really helped me through some tough times at home. I think I'll always have strong ties to them for that. We watched "Taking Lives". Decent movie. Did a lot of talking afterwards. It helped make up for not being able to catch the show.

Went to the zoo earlier today with Mike (the other "adopted brother") and his son and my kids and my niece. That was a really great time and the kids were great, but I was definitely worn out. I'm heading to bed as soon as I'm done here. Drexel's been a good roommate and usually wakes me up by quietly singing "twinkle, twinkle little star" or softly chattering to himself about the weather, "It's a little chilly today". And when he sees my eyes open, he asks if it's time to get up. The sweet boy will even go back to sleep if I tell him it's too early. Still, I have to get up with him and Kolya eventually and can't put it off too much later than 9:00, so... no late night chatting for me.

 

Sorry you missed it Cindy, although it sounds like you had a great day anyway.

He said he's on his way Or rather they will be, by tomorrow morning Darkheart and I went with 2 other friends, and the show was great! I wasn't honestly too sure of what to expect, but it was pretty awesome When we got there we didn't see Eric at all until he got up on the stage and started tuning his guitar and mandolin. I tried getting some pics but the lighting in there wasn't too great :\ But here's what I have that's semi passable
