    Using XP and Active Directory.

    I put a new user on the work domain yesterday. Today, she reports that all her email she received yesterday are gone. There are emails from yesterday in her Inbox that she received after she left. She stored many emails in folders and they aren't there now.

    Also, she created some Favorites URLs in IE which are also now gone.

    Any ideas?

    Did she log in to local computer and not the domain?

    First mystery is solved but now I have 2 issues. When I logged in on her computer, all her settings were there (background, shortcuts, Favorites).

    1.) I was standing there when she initially logged on under her username because it prompted her to change her password upon login. How or why would her Docs & Settings get saved under my user folder?

    2.) I went to C:\Documents and Settings. Copied folder contents from my user to hers. But, she's still missing yesterday's emails. Would she see her emails if I logged back in and opened Outlook? If so, why?
